Refund policy
- Inspection Upon Delivery: You are welcome to inspect and try on your items while the courier is present. If the order does not meet your expectations, you may return it immediately with the courier and pay only the shipping fees.
- No Partial Returns: Orders must be accepted or returned in their entirety. We do not support partial receipt or splitting of orders at the time of delivery.
- Exchange & Return Period: After receiving your order, you have 48 hours to request an exchange or return.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, including all original packaging and tags attached.
- مسموح فتح الاوردر قبل الدفع, وإذا كان الاوردر لا يناسبك, يمكنك إسترجاعه مع المندوب قبل ان يغادر و دفع الشحن فقط
- غير مسموح بتجزئة الاوردر، يمكنك استلام الاوردر كامل او استرجاعه كامل
- مسموح الاستبدال او الاسترجاع خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الاوردر بشرط ان يكون فى نفس حالته الاصلية و بالتيكيت و فى نفس التغليف
